Before you write, a few things that answer most questions:

• Where is my order? Your dispatch email has a tracking link. Tracking can take a few hours to update after dispatch.
• Can I change my address? Yes, if the parcel has not shipped yet. Email us immediately with your order number.
• Something arrived damaged. Photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further, then email us within 7 days. See Returns & Refunds.
