1. Who we are

bacteriowater.shop is operated by:

PEPEUROPE LTD
182–184 High Street North, East Ham
London E6 2JA, United Kingdom
Email: support@bacteriowater.shop

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products and intended use

We supply bacteriostatic water and related accessories for laboratory and research purposes.

Our products are not supplied for human or veterinary use, are not medicinal products, and nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use the products lawfully and in line with the rules that apply where you are. You are responsible for checking that you may lawfully import and hold the products in your country.

3. Orders

Displaying a product on this website is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline an order if:

  • the item is out of stock;
  • a price or description was clearly wrong;
  • we cannot verify your payment or delivery details;
  • we reasonably believe the order breaks these terms or the law.

If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout, before you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominated, takes physical possession of them.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because our products are supplied in sealed sterile vials, that right does not apply once a seal has been broken — this is the health and hygiene exception in Article 38(5) of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights.

The full detail is in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Conformity and warranty

We are liable under statutory warranty (rękojmia) for goods that do not conform to the contract, in line with the Polish Civil Code and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for:

  • loss arising from use of the products for any purpose other than the intended use described in section 2;
  • loss caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery;
  • business losses, since our products are not supplied for resale;
  • delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and code on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

11. Personal data

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

Send complaints to support@bacteriowater.shop. We respond within 14 days.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
