Payment methods
Last updated: 5 September 2026
What we accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro debit and credit cards. Card payments are handled by our payment provider on a secure page; we never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
Depending on your bank you may also be able to pay through a wallet your card is enrolled in, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. These appear at checkout only when your device and browser support them.
Currency
All prices on this site are shown and charged in Polish złoty (PLN). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That conversion is between you and your bank; the amount that reaches us is always the PLN figure shown at checkout.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when the order is placed, not when it ships. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.
Security
Payment pages are served over an encrypted connection and our provider is PCI DSS compliant. Cards issued in the European Economic Area are subject to Strong Customer Authentication, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a one-time code. That is a requirement of European payment law, not an extra step we have added.
If a payment fails
A declined payment is a decision made by your bank, and banks do not tell us why. The usual causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, a daily limit, or a block on international or online transactions. Contacting your bank is normally faster than trying again.
Sometimes a failed payment still shows on your statement as a pending amount. That is an authorisation hold, not a charge. It is released automatically, typically within a few business days.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card that paid, and we cannot send them anywhere else. Once issued, a refund usually appears within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Our returns and refunds page explains when a refund is due.
Invoices
An order confirmation is emailed to you as soon as the payment succeeds. If you need a VAT invoice, reply to that email with your company name, address and VAT number and we will send one.
Questions
If something about a payment does not look right, email us with your order number before opening a dispute with your bank. Almost everything is quicker to fix directly.
